After order is picked up place in the freezer or if you plan to bake within 3 days you can keep them in the fridge. 

The night before you plan to bake the buns move from the freezer to fridge so they can thaw overnight. 

The next morning take the buns out of the fridge 1 hour before you plan to serve. 

Set your oven to "keep warm" or lowest temperature 170 or 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Take off the plastic or aluminum top, but leave on the plastic wrap and place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes. 

Once buns have risen and almost doubled in size, take them out and preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove plastic wrap and bake buns for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. 

Now to time to frost, serve, and enjoy :)
